Waiver of Responsibility
I hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this waiver of responsibility in consideration for being permitted to visit and enter the premises of PawStory Cafe.
Acknowledgment of Risks: I understand and acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with visiting a pet-friendly café. These risks may include, but are not limited to, the potential for pet-related injuries, allergies, bites, scratches, slipping, and other similar incidents. I am aware that any pet present on the premises may behave unpredictably, regardless of the owner’s intent or training. I voluntarily assume all such risks and waive any claims against PawStory Cafe, its owners, employees, or agents, for any injuries or damages which may occur as a result of my visit.
Personal Responsibility: I agree to be solely responsible for any child, pet, or companion accompanying me during my visit to PawStory Cafe. I will ensure that they adhere to the café’s rules and guidelines, and will exercise reasonable caution to prevent any harm or disturbance to others, their pets, or their property.
Pet Handling: If I choose to bring my own pet into PawStory Cafe, I confirm that my pet is well-socialized, and fully vaccinated. I understand that I am solely responsible for my pet’s behavior and any damage, injuries, or harm that my pet may cause to others, their pets, or their property. I will keep my pet on a leash at all times and immediately clean up after any mess my pet may create.
Release and Indemnification: In consideration for being allowed to visit PawStory Cafe, I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless PawStory Cafe, its owners, employees, or agents, from any claim, demand, action, liability, or expense arising out of my visit or any incident related thereto. This includes, but is not limited to, any injury or harm caused by a pet or any other visitor at the café.
Personal Belongings: I understand that PawStory Cafe is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to my personal belongings, including but not limited to bags, phones, wallets, or any other items I may bring onto the premises.
Agreement to Follow Café Rules: I agree to abide by all rules, guidelines, and instructions given by PawStory Cafe, its employees, or agents while visiting the café. I understand that failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.
I have read and understood this waiver of responsibility in its entirety and voluntarily agree to its terms, intending to be legally bound. I understand that it is my responsibility to read this document carefully and consult legal counsel if I have any questions.
